ACT is delighted to have been chosen by a staff vote as Pexhurst’s Charity of the Year for 2024.
Pexhurst is an award-winning fit out and refurbishment contractor. Established in 1977, Pexhurst has progressed from providing simple office fit outs to delivering large-scale refurbishment projects for a range of commercial, industrial and specialist sector clients.
“This year, one of our Contracts Manager’s, Charlie Hazeltine brought our attention to ACT. Last year when his daughter was born, there were some complications resulting in her being transferred to Addenbrooke’s where she spent some time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

“During this time, Charlie and his partner could not fault the care provided by Addenbrooke’s. Seeing how the charity works closely with the hospital, in particular NICU, to ensure that babies and families have what they need whilst going through a very traumatic time was the main reason as to why Charlie wanted to support ACT.
“Pexhurst are excited about this partnership and are pleased to announce that ACT will be one of the two charities we fundraise for at our Fifth Annual Charity Golf Day in September 2024!”
