Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Lead
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (4 days per week will be considered)
Term: Permanent
Location: Cambridge (minimum of 2 days in the office with the flexibility to work weekends and evenings at events)
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
The Corporate Partnership Lead will play a key role in growing ACT’s corporate partnerships portfolio. This is a dual-focus position involving both new business prospecting to secure new corporate partnerships, as well as managing and nurturing existing high value accounts to drive long-term, impactful relationships. The role requires a blend of strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and relationship management expertise, with a focus on delivering value to both the charity and its corporate partners.
The role will require you to support the team with the strategic direction of our corporate programme, by identifying, researching, and stewarding our portfolio of corporate partnerships as well as identifying and prospecting new partnerships. The post holder will ensure that we manage all our partnerships with consistency and excellence.
With the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will create and deploy a corporate strategy and stewardship programme for all corporate supporters. To be successful in this role you will be proactive in engaging and supporting our corporate partners whilst working closely with the fundraising team. The role of a Corporate Partnership Lead is varied and extremely rewarding. Supporting companies who want to make a difference sits at the heart of ACT’s Fundraising Strategy. What’s more, with our new five-year strategy we are soon to launch major public fundraising campaigns for a new cancer hospital and a new children’s hospital, our fundraising is set to reach an incredible level.

Job Title: In Memory & Legacy Fundraiser
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Reports to: Community Fundraising Manager
Location: Hybrid/Cambridge (minimum of 2 days in the office as well as some evening and weekend work at events across the 6 East of England Counties)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the in memory giving programme and be the first point of contact for all in memory supporters. You’ll be developing and delivering engaging fundraising campaigns across different channels as part of our strategy to inspire people to give in memory of a loved one and to increase the income we’re able to raise. Developing relationships with supporters will be one of your strengths and you’re passionate about providing the best supporter experience for supporters across the charity. This is an exciting and busy role with broad responsibilities across the programme that include management and administration. You will play a key role in supporting successful delivery of an extensive portfolio of activities to strengthen health systems and improve the quality of health care globally, working closely with our members (primarily NHS staff) and global majority partners. The role requires project management experience and excellent organisational and administration skills. We are looking for a person who enjoys and is particularly good at interacting with others, who can prioritise workloads effectively and work flexibly to meet shifting demands.
The successful candidate will:
- Pick up a busy portfolio of work supporting busy programme and health partnerships activity.
- Build strong relationships with CGHP members and partners.

The Fundraising Officer role is a new role at CGHP recognising the exciting phase of development of the organisation. We’re expanding and need additional support with our fundraising to help realise our ambitious plans and meet our targets. This job is about supporting the Fundraising Lead to drive forward a range of initiatives across all income streams and provides an excellent opportunity to help develop new areas of potential support.
You’ll play a key role in the CGHP team, ensuring our supporters receive outstanding stewardship and will help secure support from new trusts and foundations, major donors, community fundraisers and corporate supporters.
This is the perfect role for someone that already has experience in a fundraising role and is looking to develop their skills further or gain experience working across a broader range of income streams. The Operations Manager is a new role at CGHP recognising the exciting phase of development of the organisation. We’re expanding and need additional support. The Operations Manager will improve and implement CGHP programme specific policies and procedures, to ensure safe, efficient and effective delivery of our work. They will oversee the risk, operational and financial management of CGHP’s restricted (projects) and unrestricted (programme) funds, leading on executing financial processes and reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and donor compliance across CGHP. They will work closely with the CGHP team and ensure compliance with the processes of the finance team of our linked Charity, ACT.
The role will support CGHP staff and partners, providing hands-on support as necessary to ensure that policies, internal controls, and processes are in place, to meet HR, financial, contractual, statutory and legal responsibilities.
